SHIPPING POLICY

We do all the shipping ourselves! Because our arrangements are sometimes simultaneously bulky and delicate, we don't trust our precious cargo to post men who may not handle the packages with care. We personally pack each arrangement with lots of protective layers so the flowers don't shift in transit, and load them into our company truck. If you are trying to track your flowers shipment, there is no need to go through a third party. This also saves you money, because we roll your shipping cost into the final rental price. No surprise shipping fees.

In the case that the shipping address changes, or the event is rescheduled for any reason,

please let us know 48 hours in advance.

RETURN POLICY

You may refund your payment in full and cancel your rental anytime up to 48 hours before the event date. Once the flowers have been packed into our truck, you can still refund your purchase, but we will charge you a cancellation fee which is 20% of your final payment.

 

Once your order of flowers has been delivered on-site, we do not allow refunds. We encourage you to see our flowers in person beforehand for this reason. We want you to be confident in your choice so that you know our silks will match your vision. If our silks show up to your event and we've provided you with arrangements that don't match your order, we will refund those items in full.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment through check, cash, and credit. Our online store accepts Mastercard, Discover, and etc. etc. Checks can be mailed to our PO Box address, but cash must be delivered in person.
